    • Spicy Foods: Avoid chili peppers, hot sauces, and other spicy foods.

    • Sugar: Reduce or eliminate sugar intake, including sweets and desserts.
    • Processed Foods: Avoid processed and packaged foods.
    • Heavy or Fatty Foods: Avoid fried foods, pastries, and other high-fat items.

    • Whole Plant-Based Foods: Emphasize fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, and legumes.
    • Light Meals: Eat light, easily digestible meals.
    • Hydration: Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated.

    • Light Meals: Have especially light, easy-to-digest meals throughout the day. Avoid heavy, rich foods and opt for simple, nourishing options like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

    • Before the Ceremony: Fast for at least 6 hours before the beginning of the ceremony. This helps to have a light vessel for the medicine to work on and allows you to receive the healing in the smoothest way possible.
